Services for Tressie Muse will be at 1PM, Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Deville Pentecostal Church, Deville, LA with Rev. Dale Hutchinson, Rev. Blayne Muse, Rev. Bryan Taylor and Rev. Harry Howell officiating. Visitation will be from 6PM until 9PM, Wednesday, July 17th and from 11AM until time of service at 1PM, Thursday, July 18th at the church. Interment will be at Tyler Cemetery, Center Point, LA under the direction of Magnolia Funeral Home, Alexandria.
Tressie Muse, 84, passed away Monday, July 15, 2019 at Rapides Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Deville Pentecostal Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Muse; parents, Martin K. Cole and Dillie Cole; and son-n-law, Rev. Charles Freeman.
Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Judy Freeman of Center Point, Donald Muse and wife Tina of Jonesville and Pauline Parker and husband Allen of Natchez, MS; grandchildren, Charles Freeman Jr and wife Jeanie of Deville, Stephen Freeman and wife Jackie of Dry Prong, Chad Freeman and wife Alanna of Center Point, Rayne Muse and wife Amber of Jonesville, Blayne Muse and wife Megan of Winnsboro, Ray Parker of Natchez, MS and Jeff Parker of Natchez, MS; great grandchildren, Aaron Freeman, Justin Freeman, Cheyenne Freeman, CJ Freeman, Donovan Muse, Levi Leavins, Peyton Muse, Brett Muse, Caroline Parker, Emma Lee Parker, Curtis Ray Parker and Jasper Allen Parker; great-great grandchild, Waylon Roy Freeman; sisters, Bertie Lowery of Alexandria and Agnes Muse of Marksville; brother, Carrol Cole of Center Point; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Charles Freeman, Jr., Chad Freeman, Rayne Muse, Blayne Muse, Aaron Freeman, Justin Freeman, A.D. Muse and Joey Lance.
